She monitors the duties of the staff along with hiring, cross training, and scheduling to make sure the duties and workload of the staff run as smoothly as possible. Breane also employs state of the art software and systems to create maximum effective exposure for RE/MAX Advantage listings. She also does extensive website development and internet listing tours, ensuring that RE/MAX listings stay "out in front" in cyberspace. Her expertise and creativity by far exceed everyone's expectations. |
