Breane Wichman is the Staff Supervisor/Marketing. She monitors the duties of the staff along with hiring, cross training, and scheduling to make sure the duties and workload of the staff run as smoothly as possible. Breane also employs state of the art software and systems to create maximum effective exposure for Advantage Realty listings. She also does extensive website development and internet listing tours, ensuring that Advantage Realty listings "Have the Advantage" in cyberspace. Her expertise and creativity by far exceed everyone's expectations.

Pat is the smile that comes through the phones every day, and be careful when you call -- because it just might be contagious! She is also very experienced with the office systems and technology and is always eager to assist clients and customers in any way she can.

Sharon Barnes is undoubtedly one of the most important assets of Advantage Realty, Inc. As the staff accountant, Sharon handles the deposits, billing, and most importantly, the commission checks! When you have a closing, Sharon will see to it that the transaction gets processed the very same day.
