Broker/OwnersRich Kolb, Bobbie Rasmussen and Tom Figlan are three
of the most active, responsive, and knowledgeable owner/managers in the real estate industry.
They have been a growing part of the community for 13 years. Dedication to their agents and
customers, and the desire to provide the best real estate services possible are among the reasons
why RE/MAX Advantage I, Inc. is now the largest single RE/MAX office in the state of Michigan.
AccountingSharon Barnes is undoubtedly one of
the most important assets of RE/MAX Advantage I, Inc. As the staff accountant, Sharon handles the
deposits, billing, and most importantly, the commission checks! When you have a closing, Sharon
will see to it that the transaction gets processed the very same day. Data Administration
Julie Hagerman
is data administration, but around the office, you can ask her anything
and she'll have the answer. Essentially, she's the mortar between the
bricks. The end result is a satisfied buyer or seller who
will want to come back to RE/MAX Advantage I, Inc. again for the same
outstanding service.

Jessica is the smile that comes through the phones
every day, and be careful when you call -- because it just might be contagious!
She is also very experienced with the office systems and technology
and is always eager to assist
clients and customers in any way she can.
Company Development/Closing CoordinatorLynette Newman is the Director
of Company
Development. A true team player, Lynette is the catalyst for many of an agent's future successes.
Her main duties involve seeking the best talent in the industry to become great additions to the
company. Her talents also extend to ensuring that RE/MAX Advantage I, Inc. stays in position as
a community leader, by orchestrating many of the company special events, which include fundraising
activities for worthwhile charitable causes. Lynette is also RE/MAX Advantage's
closing coordinator. Today's real estate transactions can be detailed and cumbersome, and
Lynette goes the extra mile to ensure that the clients are kept fully informed both during
the "sale pending" period and after the closing. Her talents in coordinating, scheduling
and problem resolution help make any purchase or sale a pleasurable and memorable experience.
Office AdministrationMary Vikstrom keeps the office organization.
Mary's careful and prompt attention to detail make sure that prospective purchasers have someone
working full time to get them into their dream home ... maybe it's yours! A veteran of the real
estate industry, Mary has built quite a rapport with sellers and they are always eager to meet her
when closing day arrives.

Staff Supervisor/MarketingBreane Wichman is the Staff
Supervisor/Marketing.
She monitors the duties of the staff along with hiring, cross training, and scheduling to make sure the
duties and workload of the staff run
as smoothly
as possible. Breane also employs state of the art software and systems to create maximum effective exposure
for RE/MAX Advantage listings.
She also does extensive website development and internet listing tours, ensuring that RE/MAX
listings stay "out in front" in cyberspace. Her expertise and creativity by far exceed everyone's
expectations.
